Disks
Each SSD disk is dedicated to one customer. These storage spaces ensure high read/write performance and low latency. RAID 1 (only available on 3TB solutions) guarantees maximum integrity, by replicating data to a mirror disk. RAID 10 (for volumes greater than 3TB) delivers better performance while combining the benefits of RAID 1.

Storage
To isolate your projects, you can divide your space into different partitions and assign them usage quotas.

Backup and snapshots
Snapshots are an image of the data located on your partition. A snapshot always overwrites the previous one. You can access them and retrieve your data as it was when the snapshot was taken (e.g.: an hour, 24 hours, 48 hours ago). What's more, an automated backup of your data is always done by OVH. That backup takes up storage space.

Connection and access
The partitions of your HA-NAS are only reachable in NFS and/or CIFS. You can only access your NAS from an OVHcloud service.
