Who can relaunch a domain name operation?

Only the administrative contact can relaunch an operation on the domain.

Log in to the customer account


Ongoing operations

Once you are logged in, click Domains", then "Operation in progress".

Practical example: Correcting a transfer code


Access the correction

Once you are in the "Ongoing operation" section, you will able to see an "error" on your domain.
In this case, the problem is that the transfer code is incorrect.

Click on the "pencil" to access the correction interface.

Confirm the correction

In the window you have to:

  • Enter the correct transfer code (authInfo).

  • Check the "Relaunch the operation" box.

  • Click "Confirm".
The correction will be processed and the operation completed within the specified time period.
