As the owner of your VPS, you have control over all aspects of the installation and configuration of software. Because you are the SysAdmin of your VPS, and to ensure the utmost security of your data, we do not have any access to the software on your machine, nor can we provide any support for it. We provide the infrastructure, and you provide the software expertise!

Component replacement is fast and simple once a customer provides provides diagnostics indicating any fault with their server, NAS, firewall, etc. Simply provide the diagnostic to our team of Customer Advocates, and we'll handle the rest. Hardware is replaced free of charge, this is part of the OVH guarantee regarding our hardware and service. Issues related to the OVH network itself are handled in the same fashion, quickly and efficiently.
