What are the benefits of our program?
When you join the program, we provide you with an infrastructure budget of up to S$ 100,000 to deploy a solution built on the OVH infrastructure. You will also get expert assistance from our solutions architects as you develop your project. Our goal is to offer a solution that meets the needs of all startups in order to provide powerful infrastructures so you can set up a flexible and highly-available service.
Which startups are eligible for the program?
We are committed to supporting innovative startups all over the world, regardless of the stage reached... whether or not you are an OVH customer, whether you are a team with an idea you want to test, or a startup generating turnover.
I am already an OVH customer, can I join the program?
Yes! Through our Digital Launch Pad program you will benefit from customised support enabling you to develop your solution/service.
My startup is already part of another program, can I join the DLP anyway?
Yes! You can subscribe to our support program. This will be an opportunity for you to compare our solutions with the alternatives on the market.
Is it free? Is there anything I have to provide in return for joining the program?
The program is completely free and OVH will not be involved in your startup in any way. We simply give you the means to succeed and you handle the rest.
How do I spend my infrastructure budget?
Once your application has been accepted and the contracts have been confirmed, we will transfer the DLP infrastructure budget to your account. This amount can be spent on the services listed in the chart below.

How is OVH Digital Launch Pad different from other programs?
Joining the Digital Launch Pad program gives you the opportunity to test our solutions (Dedicated Servers, cloud infrastructures...) and get expert advice for free. We will always give you a transparent monthly or hourly rate. In addition, you can still migrate your infrastructure if you choose. We believe that if we provide you with quality service, you will continue to collaborate with OVH. It's as simple as that!
How do I apply?
All applications are submitted online by completing our registration form and using the customer account you wish to be credited. The process is simple and takes less than 15 minutes. Once your application is sent, the team in charge of selecting startups will give you a response within one week.
What happens after I submit my application?
My application was accepted, what are the next steps?
Your application has been approved? Congratulations! Here are the next steps to follow in order to join our program:
- We ask you to read and accept the terms and conditions of use.
- We transfer an infrastructure budget into your customer account. The amount is valid for six months and can be renewed once upon request.
- We invite you to log in to our collaborative platform at http://dlp.ovh.com in order to interact with our startup community.
- We will organise your first telephone appointment with a solution architect.
What is the collaborative platform?
The collaborative platform will allow you to:
- Ask our team questions
- Make an appointment with a solution architect
- View premium content (technical training, access to webinars, etc.)
- Keep up-to-date with program news
- Access an area designed for mutual support with other startups
- Sign up for our events (OVH Academy, OVH World Tour, etc.)
Where do I find the DLP confirmation email?
You can find it at any time in your control panel in the menu "My account > My emails".
What does each level consist of?
For each application, our teams identify your potential infrastructure needs, and offer you three (3) levels of support. If your project evolves and your infrastructure needs therefore evolve, we will of course be able to find a solution for you.
