Form for exercising your personal data protection rights

This form is designed to allow you to exercise the rights granted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

It is intended for any individuals whose data is liable to be processed by OVHcloud.

For confidentiality reasons, sending personal data is conditional on OVHcloud being able to identify the applicant. Your request should therefore be as precise as possible. All fields in the form are mandatory, with the exception of the NIC handle (username).

Any manifestly excessive or baseless requests will be refused.

Since this form is freely accessible without prior authentication, any request to exercise rights over your data (access, deletion, rectification, portability, etc.) must be accompanied by a proof of identity (such as a national identity card, passport or other) allowing you to be identified with certainty in accordance with Article 12(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Without proof of identity, the request cannot be processed. You can also send us your request directly via the OVHcloud Control Panel. In this case, due to the prior authentication required to log in to the OVHcloud Control Panel, you do not need to provide proof of identity (unless there are exceptional circumstances).

**: In compliance with article 12(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 General Data Protection Regulation, the individual concerned may exercise their rights using the digital identity data when this data is required and deemed sufficient by the data controller to authenticate users. This is why OVH requests for you to specify the customer ID (NIC Handle) for all of the OVH customer accounts you are filling in this request for. If you have other OVH customer accounts but do not specify the NIC handles in this request, they will not be taken into account.

The information collected via this form is used to process your request, and will be used to provide you with a response.
It is processed and sent to OVH's Data Protection Officer (DPO), and if required, to services within companies under the OVH Group concerned in order to process your request.
