This form is designed to allow you to exercise the rights granted by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

It is intended for any individuals whose data is liable to be processed by OVHcloud.

For confidentiality reasons, sending personal data is conditional on OVHcloud being able to identify the applicant. Your request should therefore be as precise as possible. All fields in the form are mandatory, with the exception of the NIC handle (username).

Any manifestly excessive or baseless requests will be refused.

This contact email address will be used by OVH to reply to your request.

Since this form is freely accessible without prior authentication, any request to exercise rights over your data (access, deletion, rectification, portability, etc.) must be accompanied by a proof of identity (such as a national identity card, passport or other) allowing you to be identified with certainty in accordance with Article 12(6) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. Without proof of identity, the request cannot be processed. You can also send us your request directly via the OVHcloud Control Panel. In this case, due to the prior authentication required to log in to the OVHcloud Control Panel, you do not need to provide proof of identity (unless there are exceptional circumstances).
