Group ticket : Support contact
This group contains the functions needed to contact OVH support
The ticket group methods list is :
| ticketAnswer | answer to a ticket |

| ticketGet | return the whole ticket detail for a given ID |
| ticketListContact | return all the available domains for ticket contact |
| ticketListIncidents | return incidents list for current NIC |
| ticketListIncidentsByDomain | return all the tickets for a given domain |
| ticketReopen | reopen a closed ticket |
