Je zal de initiële opleiding opvangen op ons hoofdkantoor in noord-Frankrijk. Uitgaven betaald.

De functie:

Je zal adviseren en helpen onze klanten via e-mail en telefon over onze producten en diensten. Je zal opsporen en oplossen algemene en specifieke problemen in verband met hun web hosting diensten.

Voorbereiding van de gidsen en de vertalingen. U beheert de technische interface tussen de filiaal en het hoofdkantoor.


Jouw kwalificaties:
  • Goede technische kennis over web hosting en het Internet
  • Ervaring met de GNU/Linux omgeving
  • Ervaring met HTML, FTP, e-mails ...
  • Goede algemene IT kennis
  • Talenkennis:
    • néerlandais : maîtrise
    • frans: goede beheersing in woord en geschrift
    • engels: goede kennis is een troef

Opleiding:

MBO/HBO Informatica (werk & denkniveau). Enkele ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

Je bent serviceverlenend, klantvriendelijk, zelfstandig, accuraat, communicatief vaardig, sterk analytisch vermogen, probleemoplossend, teamspeler.

You are originally from the Netherlands? Or you are familiar with Dutch with a good knowledge of the country, then come and join us!

Dynamic and reliable, you will also be strong at making decisions and using your own initiative.

Close collaboration with our head office.

You will receive the initial training at our head office in the north of France. Expenses paid.

Mission:

You will inform and help our clients via e-mail and telephone with regards to our products and services. You will diagnose and fix general and specific problems related to their web hosting services.

Preparation of guides and translations. You will manage the technical interface between the subsidiary and the head office.


Competences required:
  • Good technical knowledge on hosting or access to the Internet
  • Knowledge of GNU/Linux environment
  • HTML language, FTP, Emails...
  • Good knowledge of IT
  • Languages:
    • Dutch: understanding (read, written, spoken)
    • French: understanding (read, spoken)
    • English: fluent

Background:

HND or Degree in IT. You will have relevant experience in this field.

Qualities required:

You will have a good sense of communication, discipline, dynamism, responsibility and customer service skills. You will also have a strong ability to listen to find solutions, leadership and organization's spirit and to be active in meeting the given targets (quantitative and qualitative)

Mission :

Vous renseignez et aidez les clients par emails et téléphone sur nos produits et services. Vous diagnostiquez et résolvez les problèmes généraux et spécifiques liés à l'hébergement internet.

Elaboration de guides et traductions Vous assurez l’interface technique entre la filiale et la société-mère.


Compétences requises :
  • Bonnes connaissances techniques sur l'hébergement ou l'accès a Internet
  • Connaissance de l'environnement GNU/Linux
  • Langage HTML, FTP, Emails...
  • Bonne connaissance de l'outil informatique
  • Langues :
    • néerlandais : compréhension (lu, écrit, parlé)
    • français : connaissances (lu, parlé)
    • anglais : maîtrise

Parcours :

BAC +2 Informatique. Vous avez une première expérience significative dans ce domaine.

Qualités requises:

Vous avez un bon sens de la communication, de la rigueur, du dynamisme, le sens des responsabilités et du service clients, une forte capacité d’écoute à trouver des solutions, un esprit d’initiative et d’organisation, le respect des objectifs (quantitatifs et qualitatifs)
