Innerhalb der Abteilung Kundendienst besteht Ihr Aufgabenbereich darin, unsere Kunden per Telefon und E-Mail zu informieren und Ihnen zu helfen. Ihre Kundenorientiertheit ist ein Plus für die Qualität unseres Kundendienstes.

Gute technische Kenntnisse im Bereich Hosting und Internetzugang.

Vertrag: Befristeter Arbeitsvertrag, verlängerbar

Kenntnisse

• Beherrschen von GNU/Linux:
• HTML, FTP, E-Mails...
• Gute Informatikkenntnisse

Berufserfahrung:

Fachinformatiker/-in Systemintegration. Anfänger werden akzeptiert.

Fähigkeiten

• Sehr guter Sinn für den Kundenkontakt
• Sicher am Telefon sein, gute Rechtschreibung
• Kaufmännisch geeignet sein
• Unabhängig, organisiert und Teamgeist besitzen
